    The below are suggestions, every heat press is different.

    • 100% Cotton

    -Temp: 300-320F

    -Time: 15 sec

    -Pressure: Medium

    • 50/50 Blend

    -Temp: 265-275F

    -Time: 20 sec

    -Pressure: Low

    • 100% Polyester

    -Temp: 250-265F

    -Time: 30 sec

    -Pressure: Low

    • Nylon

    -Temp: 240-250F

    -Time: 15 sec

    -Pressure: Low

  • The Press

    - Heat: Set press based on material (see first column)
    - Pre-Press: Press garment for 5 sec
    to remove moisture and winkles

    - Position: Place film printed side down on
    the garment.
    - Press: Pressure suggestions in first column

  • The Peel & Finish

    - Action: Open the press and peel immediately while hot.
    - Style: Rip it fast like a Band-Aid in one smooth, fluid motion. (Let cool for detailed prints)

    - Cover: Use parchment paper or a finishing sheet
    - Final Press: 5 sec for a soft, professional feel.

  • Washing & Care

    - Wait: Do not wash for 48 hours after pressing
    - Wash: Turn garment inside out; use cold or warm water.
    - Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for longevity
    - Ironing: Never iron directly on the printed design.
