Shipping policy
1. Processing & Operating Hours
We are a specialized shop operating during dedicated evening and weekend hours. Please keep these times in mind when calculating your expected delivery or pickup date:

Operating Hours: Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Saturday–Sunday: Full Day

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours during our active operating windows.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on a weekday will typically begin processing the following evening.
2. Local Pickup (Santa Rosa/Okaloosa/Escambia Counties)

Cost: Free

Location: We are a home-based business. For privacy, our exact pickup address is provided only in the "Your order is ready for pickup" email.

Pickup Times: Because we operate in the evenings, pickup is available 7 days a week. However, if you require assistance or have questions during pickup, please reach out between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carrier Drop-offs: Please note that while we print in the evenings, packages are dropped off at the carrier (USPS/UPS) the following morning.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your label is created. Please allow 12–24 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system after our morning drop-off.
5. Humidity & Weather Warning (Florida Residents)
DTF transfers are sensitive to moisture. While we ship in moisture-resistant packaging, we strongly recommend bringing your package indoors immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left in rain or high-humidity environments (including mailboxes) for extended periods.
6. Damages & Missing Packages
JAM 3D StitchWorks LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Redelivery fees will apply if a package is returned to us.
