Refund policy

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the custom nature of Direct to Film (DTF) Gang Sheets, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been printed. Each sheet is unique to your design and cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Quality & Image Requirements

The customer is solely responsible for the quality of the uploaded artwork.

  • Resolution: We require images to be at least 300 DPI. We do not edit, "clean up," or sharpen your files. If you upload a low-resolution or blurry image, it will print exactly as shown.

  • Colors: Please note that screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from printed colors (CMYK). We do not offer refunds for minor color variations.

  • Transparency: Ensure your background is fully transparent. Any "white boxes" or stray pixels left in your design will be printed.

3. Errors and Defects

We take pride in our work, but if we make a mistake, we will fix it. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong size or quantity.

  • There is a clear mechanical defect in the print (e.g., head strikes, banding, or ink bleeding) that was not caused by your file quality.

  • The order was damaged during shipping (photos of the damaged packaging are required for a claim).

To report an issue: Please email info@jam3dstitchworks.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within [1 hour] of placing your order. Because we strive for fast turnaround times, once your file has been sent to our print queue, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) or for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Local Pickup: Orders selected for local pickup must be collected within [14 days]. Orders left longer than 30 days will be discarded without a refund.
