1. Artwork Ownership & Copyright

By uploading images to our site, you affirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have documented permission to use it. JAM 3D StitchWorks LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that contains copyrighted material without proof of license, or any material we deem offensive or illegal. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

2. Print-Ready Responsibility

We provide a printing service based on the files you provide.

  • Resolution: Files must be 300 DPI. We are not responsible for pixelation or blurriness resulting from low-resolution uploads.

  • Color Matching: We print in CMYK. Colors on your screen (RGB) may vary slightly from the physical print. We do not offer color matching services or refunds for color shifts.

  • Transparency: Any non-transparent pixels (including "white boxes" or hidden layers) will print exactly as they appear in your gang sheet.

3. Production & Turnaround Times

Our standard processing time is 24–48 hours from the time of order, excluding weekends and holidays. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Large bulk orders may require additional time.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Shipping: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather-related issues.

  • Local Pickup: If you select Local Pickup, your order will be held at our Navarre location for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this window will be recycled without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

JAM 3D StitchWorks LLC is not liable for any damage to your heat press, garments, or equipment resulting from the use of our transfers. We recommend following our provided pressing instructions (Temperature, Time, and Pressure) and testing one image before applying a full batch.

6. No Returns / Final Sale

As stated in our Refund Policy, all custom-printed gang sheets are Final Sale. By completing your purchase, you waive the right to a refund or chargeback based on "buyer's remorse" or user error (such as incorrect sizing or poor image quality).

7. Privacy & Communication

We collect your name, email, and address to process your order. By purchasing, you agree to receive order updates via email or SMS. We will never sell your data to third parties.
